Official Transcripts

After you have been admitted to the program, official transcripts with degree conferral and date of conferral must be provided.

Official transcripts must be sent directly by your institution’s Registrar in one of the following ways:

UCLA Logon ID

To create your UCLA Logon ID go to https://accounts.iam.ucla.edu/#/.

Student ID (BruinCard)

To access the building on Saturday and Sunday you will need a Bruin Card. It is best to apply online, submit your photo and pick it up once you are on campus.

If you would like your Bruin Card picked up by our team. Please complete this authorization form and email it to our Student Affairs Officer Roxy Naranjo at rlnaranjo@ph.ucla.edu.

Title IX Training

All students are required to complete both an online and in-person Title IX Training. This training is mandatory. Failure to complete both trainings will result in a registration hold being placed on your account. To register for the Title IX Training visit https://grad.ucla.edu/titleix. Deadline to register is Thursday, November 3, 2022.

Covid-19 Vaccination

Full vaccination is required for all UCLA students, faculty & staff. Use this portal to verify your vaccination status or exemption. You can also visit the UCLA COVID-19 Action Center for more information.

Canvas

FSPH uses the Canvas (Bruin Learn) educational platform. For Bruin Learn resources and a tutorial, visit here and scroll down to students.

Parking

The closest parking lot is parking structure 8. It is located at 555 Westwood Plaza Los Angeles, CA 90095. You will need to purchase a daily permit at the parking pay station on the top floor or through the ParkMobile app. The daily parking rate is $14.00 per day.

Housing

The department does not provide housing assistance. UCLA Housing has on campus living options and provides assistance in locating off campus housing. Please visit the website for more information about housing for graduate and professional students.
